Instructions for Business Mobile Check Deposit
Q: DO I HAVE TO HAVE online BANKING TO HAVE MOBILE BANKING?
A: You must submit an application for business online in order to register for business mobility.
Q: CAN I USE MY PHONE TO PAY BILLS?
A. Bill Pay is available once enrolled through Business Online.
Q: how do i LOG INTO MY MOBILE BANKING ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY USERNAME AND PASSWORD?
A: Once you have set up Mobile Banking, you have the option of logging in using Touch ID. You can set up Touch ID by selecting the menu at the top right and selecting Services and Info (Touch ID for some Iphones).
Q: WHAT IF I FORGOT MY USERNAME AND/OR PASSWORD?
A: Choose the Forgot Password/PIN option on your online banking.
Q: DOES MY USERNAME AND PASSWORD HAVE TO BE THE SAME FOR BOTH ONLINE BANKING AND MOBILE BANKING?
A: Yes. You must use the same Username and Password as business online banking.
