(Due to federal regulation, all checks deposited through the mobile deposit service must be endorsed and include “For Mobile Deposit Only at First State Bank of Uvalde or FSBU” Any check not containing this restrictive endorsement may be rejected.)

Mobile Banking Frequently Asked Questions

 

Q: What do I need to do to get the new Mobile App?

A: The Mobile App is available on the Apple App Store and on Google Play. You must have an account setup with these stores to download. If you are prompted to enter credit card information this is required by the App store setup not First State Bank of Uvalde.

 

Q: Do I have to register as a first time user?

A: You will need to register as a first time user if you only have Mobile Banking and not Online Banking. If you are a current Online Banking customer you will use your username and password you currently use when you login onto our Website.

If you have Online Banking and you have not signed on for at least 90 days, you will receive an error due to inactivity. Please contact Account Services at (830) 278-6231 to re-enroll.

 

Q: Is Bill Pay available on the Mobile App?

A: Yes. You will have to sign up for Bill Pay through Online Banking then Bill Pay options. Once you have registered and setup payees you can use Bill Pay on the Mobile App.
